She received a Masters of Science Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), a Mental Health Professional (MHP), a Child Mental Health Specialist (CMHS), and a Gottman Seven Principles Program Educator. 

Michele has accumulated ten years experience as a therapist, with a focus the last six years on assisting couples and families in mental health, chemical dependency, community and private practice settings. 

In addition to her work at Wellbeing, Michele works at a chemical dependency and domestic violence treatment agency in Snohomish County as a Co-Occurring Disorder Therapist.
